Tools and Tips for Reaching a Remote Audience - Shared screen with speaker view
Who can see your viewing activity?
Yes, we will be sharing the slides and the recording afterwards.
Hello Renee, please visit NCOA's website that addresses your concern regarding EBP: https://www.ncoa.org/news/ncoa-news/center-for-healthy-aging-news/track-health-promotion-program-guidance-during-covid-19/
Do participants worry about sharing specific health information. In a class, no one is capturing what they say. Online, it is there forever in writing.

What kind of information is sent following the calls? Is it just phone #?
Thank you for your patience. Emily is currently fixing her audio so that the sound comes out clearer.
@barb, that's a good question. It may depend on the functionality and capability on each flip phones. Please feel free to visit the meeting platform websites for further details.
@Cari, It looks like the 40 minute time limit is still there for Zoom for a free version (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202460676-Will-My-Meeting-Time-Out-).
@Cari, that is great to know. Thanks for sharing.
Will you please email the slides to participants?
You can call in to zoom with the meeting ID
Hello @Jaylie, yes we will be emailing the slides to all attendees afterwards. The slides and the recording of the webinar will be made available on the NCOA.org.
What about Webex?
@Kathleen I use Webex almost on a daily basis. It is fairly user friendly and you can record the sessions if needed.
Zoom does have a Waiting Room feature to check people in.\
@Debbie, we will be sharing the tip sheet after the webinar.
